What is the Guest Info App?

The Guest Info App is a digital concierge and agency-traveler-agency communication platform.

It enables agencies to share everything travelers need before, during, and after the trip - all in one easy-to-use mobile app, including:

  • trip and destination information

  • documents and forms

  • last-minute changes and alerts

  • proposals and choices (upgrades, options, add-ons)

  • extra services and offers

The app also includes Notification management, Forms a Smart Review module with an intelligent filtering system that helps agencies boost 5-star public reviews.

All features are delivered through a multilingual mobile app, designed to reduce agency operational workload while improving the traveler experience.

How does it work?

The onboarding

When the Agency creates a Group or a Traveler Account, the traveler automatically receives a QR code / smart link by email.

The onboarding process takes about 1–2 minutes.

When the traveler scans or clicks the QR code, the app automatically loads:

  • the correct Destination content, and

  • a secure Booking Module for document exchange (visible only to that traveler).

No login is required — the QR code itself  secures the documents.


Destination content

Each destination presents:

  • Trip & destination information

  • Local insights and recommendations

  • Contact links

  • Other useful and relevant information related to the trip


Booking Module (private area)

The Booking Module is a private section for travelers where the Agency can upload documents:

  • for an individual traveler, or

  • for the entire group

Travelers can also upload documents directly to the Agency’s portal via:

  • Pre-Check-In (for themselves or the whole family)

  • Custom forms created by the Agency


Pre-Check-In & Forms

Both Pre-Check-In and Forms support:

  • Mandatory fields, ensuring all required data is completed correctly (IDs, photos, documents, etc.)

All submitted documents are delivered to:

  • the Agency portal, and

  • the Agency’s email inboxes


Notifications & communication

All actions are connected with push notifications:

  • The Agency can request documents via notification

  • The Agency can notify travelers when a document is uploaded

Additional notifications include:

  • last-minute changes

  • alerts and updates

  • offers and important announcements

A tour guide can also send mobile notifications directly from the phone.


The Smart-Review

The Smart Review Module helps agencies collect more positive public reviews while handling less satisfied feedback privately.

After or during the trip, travelers can receive an automated or manual review request via push notification.

The review flow works as follows:

  • Travelers who select a 5-star rating are guided directly to public review platforms (e.g. Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, etc.).

  • Travelers who select less than 5 stars are redirected to a private feedback form, visible only to the Agency.

This allows the Agency to:

    • resolve issues before they appear on public platforms

    • improve service quality based on real feedback

    • prevent unnecessary negative public reviews


Additional features

    • New locations and destinations can be created by the Agency on demand

    • Existing locations can be duplicated via copy/paste, including:

      • forms

      • content

      • settings and data

Both the QR code and Smart Link automatically open the app download page on the correct platform (App Store, Google Play, or Huawei).

It takes about 1-2 minutes to install the app - no login or signup is required.

What is covered in the price?

Every plan includes multilingual support, GDPR compliance, QR & SmartLink access, modules like Push Notifications, Pre Check-in, Forms, Action options, and Smart Reviews. Plans start at €99 a year.

There’s is limit to 10 users per account. Add 10 more users for the initial price of the setup.

Destination bundle start at 3€ per destinantion.
